Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes
½ Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
3 egg whites
1/3 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like them more chunky you can just mix everything with a fork and go from there!
Top with fresh Blueberries/Banana/Apple or Strawberries and a teeny bit of maple (regular or sugar free) syrup!
Makes 1 Serving (2-3 pancakes)
